MEDICAL AND PHARMACEUTICAL LAW: ISSUES OF ACCESSIBILITY OF PALLIATIVE CARE FOR DRUG-INFECTED WOMEN WITH HIV IN UKRAINE

Abstract:

On the basis of medical and pharmaceutical law, some issues of providing palliative care to drug-addicted women living with HIV in Ukraine have been revealed.
It was found that non-narcotic analgesics (acetaminophen) and opioid analgesics
(tramadol, buprenorphine, morphine) are used in the pharmacotherapy of drug-infected women with HIV depending on the severity of pain and the nature of the pain syndrome.
